小弟想問問大家的經驗,板上應該蠻多人有體脂從30+瘦下來的經驗,不曉得瘦到15-20這
個範圍之間,身體跟精神狀況有什麼明顯的差異?
尤其是精神狀況,會不會比較不容易疲勞,而且不會嗜睡
個人是覺得體脂大於30肝外面應該包一層脂肪,增加肝的loading,如果這層脂肪減下來
,精神應該會好很多
有人可以分享的嗎?
