體脂降不下來 該如何調整? - 健身

體態描述:肥肉都集中在腹部(臀圍:83)及大腿內側 四肢倒是沒明顯肥肉
早餐:平日- 白饅頭夾蛋or燻雞三明治、假日:炒麵or麵線糊
午餐:平日- 兩種炒蔬菜一碗 + 肉類半碗 + 白飯1/4~1/5碗、假日:不吃
晚餐:平假日-兩種炒蔬菜一碗 + 肉類半碗 + 白飯1/4~1/5碗
水果-芭樂1顆 + 奇異果1/2顆 + 蘋果1/4顆 + 葡萄6顆
(碗是一般家中盛白飯碗的大小)
其他:
01. 一個月約2~3天假日會亂吃亂喝(火鍋or雞排...等)、原則是不吃太多澱粉類東西
02. 運動補充:幾乎都下班完 吃完飯後 休息一小時開始重訓 重訓完喝一杯約25g乳清
03. 一個月約喝4~6杯手搖(其中2~3杯會加珍珠、2~3杯喝純茶) 微糖正常冰
04. 一周約2~3天 上班下午會吃零食+鋁箔飲料(整體熱量不超過兩百) 公司福利XD
05. 到了午餐及晚餐前的一小時就有明顯飢餓感

我的問題:
先貼上去年12月的Inbody數據
身高:171
體重:72.4
BMI: 24.7
體脂率:28.4%
骨骼肌重:28.9 kg
體脂肪重:20.6 kg
從去年12月到今年四月 都是維持前述的生活習慣及飲食方式
想說體重減了兩公斤去量 沒想到體脂率反而變高 肌肉變少了
不知道是那些環節需要改善(吃太多or太少?)
目標是體脂降到20% 是沒計畫多久要達到 希望是1個月1%
懇請各位大大指教...Orz 謝謝!!!
補充:
是去年8月開始進行減脂計畫
當時8月Inbody數據:
身高:171
體重:74.3
BMI: 25.4
體脂率:31.1%
骨骼肌重:28.4 kg
體脂肪重:23.1 kg
那時並沒有任何運動習慣以及飲食規劃
從去年8月到12月第二次測量的時候
只有進行減少飯量、重訓習慣(沒補充乳清)而已
