體重上升緩慢是練不夠還吃不夠? - 健身

以前去免費健身房自己練了幾年,
停滯了兩三年後重新開始,
我近一年開始決定好好健身
(付費健身房,買教練課)
教練認為我這樣等於是新手,
說吃的部分不用在意,
正常吃就好,我也照做,
目前大概是一三五練,
六日休,胸,背,腿三個動作
最重的程度是
硬舉70公斤6下2-3組
深蹲同上,沒力就減輕,
每個動作都做最少6組
補充:我是一天練三個動作,
一週練三天,
胸,背,腿,硬舉挑三個,
每個最少六組,一天就18組
目前體重約56-57,
一年前入健身房約55,
體脂有下降,但體重....
我想問我現在這樣是吃不夠嗎?
現在真的只有正常吃,
早餐水煮蛋*2豆漿一大杯
中午公司餐廳(排骨or雞腿)
晚餐便當偶爾自己煮
運動當天回來會吃乳清蛋白1.5份
(內附的大湯匙量的)
我沒有要練到多重,
只希望外表看起來不要偏瘦,
(身高167)
可能目標是65kg?
但一年這樣是不是太慢了...
是練不夠還是吃不夠....?
