我目前身高156 體重50 減肥即將邁入第4週
方法是靠運動+飲食控制 不過到現在體重完完全全沒有降下來的跡象(哭)
我知道大家一定都會說 才運動三個禮拜而已 當然不可能那麼快瘦
可是看到體重完全沒有變化真的挺灰心的...
畢竟兩三週就瘦1~2kg還是大有人在
我是一個禮拜運動6天 每次慢跑+快走30分鐘以上
飲食就是少吃零食不喝飲料 不過正餐我都吃的挺隨意的
因為通常是吃媽媽煮的菜 所以熱量有點難計算 我都抓個大概
控制在1400左右(我基代約1200) 另外偶爾會吃大餐
剛開始運動一個禮拜的時候 體重還微微上升1kg...
看到的時候真的真的有點想砸體重計 囧
不過我告訴自己 慢慢來體重一定會降的...
只是到現在還沒有看到成果就是了 連外在也沒甚麼改變
手臂.肚子和大腿的肉都依然非常有彈性
我會比較在意體重數字其實是因為 別人目測都以為我大概46~47kg
殊不知我已經邁入5字頭大關 人家聽到真的都會嚇到(汗)
我真的很希望體重就只有4開頭>"<
不知道大家都是在運動多久以後才看見體重變化的呢?
