體重不動如山... - 美體

最近開始減肥生活
每天都跳鄭多燕+跳繩500下+抬腿20~30分鐘+仰臥起坐一陣子了
但不知道怎樣體重就是都沒變
感覺怨念好深阿!!到底是怎麼了~~
難道是代謝不好了?但我也22歲而已阿T______T
還是把跳繩改成去走操場好呢?
雖然說體重完全不動如山
但週遭的朋友都說我瘦了 體型好像有變化了呢~
這樣到底是真的瘦還是假的瘦???
還有.. 我三餐都照吃但都會控制量
水喝的比較少~睡前都會吃台鹽生技的鋂日清把便便催出來~
不知道哪裡還需要改善..
希望板上的大家能多多賜教了!!! 感恩!!!!!!!!V_V
