體重反升褲子卻鬆了 - 減肥

七月從外地回來,整整胖了一大圈,從52kg上升到61kg.....
下了不怎麼堅定的決心要減肥,扛了一台xbike回家裡
剛開始待業中每天認真騎,吃吃喝喝的還是一樣沒少(毆)
開始工作之後運動就怠惰了(羞愧)
不過工作時期體重開始下降,八月中到十二月
瘦了快四公斤。
最近比較適應工作內容,於是又重新每天騎半小時~40分鐘的xbike
可是原本57kg多的數字,竟然回升了=口= 而緊繃的XL號牛仔褲卻越來越鬆
希望不是被我穿鬆了.....ORZ
不過同學看到我都說腿變細了!我該高興嗎XDDD
