體重和體脂突然停滯不降? - 減肥

運動習慣:
每個禮拜都會游一次泳,約2公里/50分鐘。
每個禮拜都會慢跑二次,約6公里/40分鐘。
每個禮拜都會騎單車二次,約50公里/2.5HR。

開始進行減肥是一個月前,
一個月前我的體重是:75.5、BMI:24、體脂:26
一個月的運動,加上飲食改進(晚上只吃燙青菜),
有明顯下降,
不過最近數字卻停滯不動了,
我哪裡要改善嗎?
是運動的強度要增加嗎?
請教大家了,謝謝。
