早餐:六點半白寬關廟麵加手掌大的青菜加蛋煮湯麵不加味精
午餐:十一點便當 飯1.5碗 菜肉5:5
晚餐:五點半乾麵或饅頭夾蛋居多 偶而吃燒烤
其他:早上九點跟下午三點會吃兩片吐司 不夾不抹
日常作息時間:睡眠晚十點半早五點、工作早七晚五
生活型態:上班族

我的問題:我這樣做已經三個月了 體重不減反增加 有人告訴我 我那麼多肥肉跟本不能
先重訓 應該只可以單一只做有氧 並且一天120分鐘 可是這樣不就沒有肌肉了嗎 還是我
剛怎麼改進 如果純有氧
我沒啥錢去健身房了 如果時速六公里走操場一到兩小時 算是好的有氧嗎 或是有其他適
合我的
