我覺得體重真的很奇妙
已經減肥半個月
體重掉了兩公斤
因為每天運動30分鐘 飲食吃到基代 不喝飲料
最近這個禮拜
突然體重都不變
停滯了五天
昨天吃完母親節大餐
吃很多吃到九點那種
隔天竟然掉了0.2
雖然不多
但總覺得吃完大餐會變胖
現在卻反減 不知道為什麼
不過昨天是有把運動時間拉長到40分鐘
希望明天又會開始繼續降
悠乎 加油!
