請不要看到器材就嚇到,是我挑裡面可以用彈力帶(彈力繩)替代的動作。
請點選Lower Body Movements
在選單中點選→Leg Curl
→Hip Abduction
→Hip Adduction
→Hip Extension
→Hip Flexion
請看穿紅色背心+短褲的女孩!
這五個動作因該夠有用了!
