連續跑10圈之後不會累 接下來應該加快速度或延長時間 - 健身

大家好 我慢跑將近三個星期了
目前是星期一三四五都去跑(沒下雨的話) 星期二跳有氧
每次跑之前會先伸展一下 然後再快走幾圈(通常是五圈以內)
走完幾圈後開始慢跑 每次至少會跑10圈
看體力有時候再增加個二~三圈(所以是跑10-13圈不等)
但我跑的實在很慢 算過大約400公尺需要跑3分鐘.
今天不曉得為什麼 跑完10圈還很不累 又繼續多跑了3圈
還是不會累(此時已經跑了40分鐘) 但有點嚇到因此停下腳步.
我看板上大家都說儘量延長跑的時間
我想請問 我是不是應該想辦法讓自己跑快一點.
然後儘量還是維持在30分鐘以上
或者速度維持不變就好 然後看能不能朝20圈慢慢邁進 = =
