我發現我好像有點搞不清楚體重計測量的意思orz

我本來是直接用兩個muscle mass來相減 65.05 - 62.91 得到的數字約2.2
但是這個body mass好像含水?
skeletal muscle 比例好像有上升? 好像骨骼肌才是比較重要的部分?
如果是這樣的話
65.05 * 0.512 = 33.31
62.91 * 0.528 = 33.22 好像就沒差了??
抱歉 真的不太懂這個是怎麼算的@@ 求高手解答

最近嘗試改變飲食方式配合少量運動
體重從 86.2kg 降到 80.8kg
體脂從 20.7% -> 18.2%
體重減少了5.4公斤 體脂降2.5%
muscle mass 顯示下降了2.2kg
相當於減少了2.2kg肌肉 3.2kg脂肪 大約2:3的比例
這樣的數字算是可接受的嗎?
搜尋版上似乎沒有很多關於體重與體脂的下降比例的討論
