體脂超高求飲食運動改變方向 - 健身

前幾天去健身房量了人生第一次inbody

36.9嚇壞我了 自己覺得體態看起來就有點肉肉的沒有到很胖吧?
因為很懶惰的關係一直以來都是18/6 20/4
持續很多年了(一天1-2餐)
每天想吃就吃想睡就睡,都有吃飽睡飽
在家吃的話就是便利商店:雞胸肉、雞腿、茶碗蒸、蛋白丁、湯、香蕉各1-2個隨機組合
(討厭地瓜跟白飯)
外食的話美式餐廳、日式燒烤跟中餐廳比較多
美式大概就吃菲力、鮭魚、雞肉、豬肋排等等吃兩份主餐然後配菜會點菠菜蘆筍青椒
燒烤就類似屋馬套餐(不沾醬不吃飯)
中餐廳就點菜點肉吃,兩個人大約3肉1菜1豆腐1湯
一個禮拜大概餐廳5天便利商店2天
不喜歡澱粉,義大利菜或日料才會吃米
不喜歡飲料,咖啡茶都不喝,都喝水一天有2千
非常喜歡蛋糕、餅乾跟冰淇淋每天都會吃
一天的量大概一塊ladyM或是一杯哈根達斯
試圖戒掉但心情很差有點覺得活得很辛苦
運動的話大概這一兩年開始培養,目前的話幾乎每天都會玩健身環一小時以上或是跳帕梅
拉半小時以上或隨便看個youtuber 跟著做深蹲平板支撐之類的運動半小時以上
體脂真的太高太嚇人了,想知道飲食還能怎麼進步,牛肉是不是不能點那種油花漂亮的肉
啊?還是甜食真的拼死拼活也要戒掉?吃義式冰淇淋取代美式的會比較好嗎?實在是很喜

每年排一次榮總全身健檢
今年醫生還說阿姨我身體狀況維持不錯
連大腸鏡都很漂亮阿哈哈
運動的話剛剛加入健身房
謝謝大家的建議會朝重訓發展
雖然大家都說健身環很廢
可是我從小體育成績都最後一名
游泳學了10年都沒學會
(國中高中大學都有游泳課的學校
籃球投不進 羽球打不回去 毽子踢一兩下
跳繩絆倒
都放棄運動
是健身環讓我發現原來我也可以跑跑跳跳深蹲超過一小
原來不擅長運動也可以健身
讓我敢去健身房了 希望重訓器材不要嚇到我
討厭澱粉筆誤啦
是討厭主食
覺得飯、麵、地瓜玉米芋頭那類都很難吃的話
可以不吃嗎
然後蛋糕冰淇淋我會試著 兩天吃一次
真的很想降體脂QQ
