體重輕體脂肪增加 - 減肥

上次有Po過文(可查我ID)說明我的飲食及運動
在此就不多詳說了。
開始運動減重到現在10多天了,
一開始去學校保健室量體脂肪是34%,體重60.4KG
昨天又去量一次體重減少至59.2KG,體脂肪竟然增加至35%
讓我超傻眼=.=
因為這10多天我每天都運動沒有間段想說體脂肪應該會少一些
沒想到還增加了,上次po文,幾位大大也說飲食上還OK!!
不知道是哪裡出了問題呢?!
我問了同學,她是說初期減肥大多是減少水份,
過了大概1個月才會開始減脂肪,請問各位高手是這樣嗎!?
我想了解問題的所在,趕快改進,才不會白忙一場。
