體重過重又想增加運動強度 - 健身

作息 約上午十點起床~~工作~~午夜三點就寢
但有時總覺的精力沒有耗完摸著摸著 四、五點才睡
上週試著運動 慢慢跑加快走 時間約二十分鐘內 回家後還是沒有疲勞感的睡意
<<目前想藉著運動疲勞 強迫提早入眠時間>>
一般會說 「那跑快一點啊、跑久一點啊」 能用跑的 也就不會有「慢慢跑」了
目前屬體重超重 逼進110大關ORZ 照正常跑是可以 只是膝蓋會爆
不知有適合的菜單嗎 謝謝
