體重過重的有氧 - 減肥

小弟今年29歲
181cm 105kg
已經至少五年沒有運動
退伍以後因為工作壓力 作息不正常
一路從80-85狂胖到現在這樣
中間也有幾次想到要減肥
但都被自己惰性打敗了
由於接近而立
自己漸漸感受到身體狀況不再年輕
加上朋友最近剛去World Gym做業務
就順水推舟辦了一張一年的會員
從9/5開始運動
(以下觀念錯誤請鞭)
想說先有氧 體重減輕再開始重訓
這三天都是跑步機+飛輪
加起來大概快一小時
(跑步機30-40分鐘 跑步累了就做飛輪舒緩)
第二天開始肌肉痠痛
但想說是太久沒運動引起
第三天運動完
第四天(今天)起床膝蓋痛到無法走路
在家休息一天加上貼痠痛貼布後
現在才能正常走路(但還是很痛)
因為已經正常走路了
想說明天晚上就能恢復運動了
但怕再繼續跑下去因為過重的體重
會造成永久性的傷害
所以想問在現階段我運動模式怎麼調整比較佳呢?
有朋友建議我游泳
但已經辦world gym會員了
想說不去也有點浪費
