昨天晚上練完
量出來的數據大概是 72.7KG 16.9%
練完以後喝了杯乳清,吃個優格,還有蘋果一顆
半夜尿了兩次
一大早起床拉了一大沱屎
因為這沱屎的量超過一般
心血來潮又去量了一下 71.7KG 16.5%
一公斤就這麼去了,算起來裡面還有一磅的脂肪!!!???
這台體重體脂計我用了大概一年,Amazon上的review很不錯

一年來體重就在70-73之間跳
然後不管我怎麼練,身形怎麼變,實在看不出體脂有什麼變化
只要體重超過73KG,體脂大概就會破17%
如果低於70KG,體脂就會少於16%
好像增減的體重大部份都是脂肪似的,怎麼想都不太合理
除了體重計的體脂功能不準以外
板友們有其他解嗎?
