早餐:全麥饅頭夾蛋/全麥乳酪饅頭/全麥地瓜饅頭這幾個口味輪替*1個
義美無糖豆漿1馬克杯
(偶爾買不到無糖的會改買低糖的)
午餐:2/3碗白飯,兩菜一肉,冬天有湯,都是在公司自己煮少油少糖少鹽沒味精
午點:當季水果一份
晚餐:同午餐,只是改成在家裡煮,飯改糙米
飯後會再吃一份水果
其他:因從小身體不好,習慣養生,除了果汁不喝任何飲料(果汁也非常少喝),
幾乎不吃外食
在辦公室嘴饞時會吃零食,不管吃什麼份量都頂多拳頭大,頻率一週頂多一兩次
日常作息時間:8:45出門,22:00到家,23:30-24:00之間會就寢

運動習慣:右手腕受傷之後沒做任何運動
我的問題:
先是兩腳膝蓋疼痛(骨科有多種說法,有人說髕骨外翻,有人說退化性關節炎,有人說
你膝蓋沒事啊是肌肉在痛吧?!我實在很無所適從)但總之運動的話會痛所以我停了慢
跑改游泳,回學校念書之後因早出晚歸無法游泳(除了家裡自己蓋泳池之外,
我找不到時間能配合的XD),
之前有趁暑假去練瑜珈,也有重訓,但後來右手腕三角軟骨裂開之後都停了,
現在手術後要休養好一陣子,
雖然沒運動兩年,但從我的飲食習慣我不覺得有可以發胖的理由啊,
除了零食之外其他已夠健康了吧?!
如果連零食都要戒掉的話我人生好黑白啊......
可否建議不能運動的我,菜單到底要怎樣改才可以不運動瘦下來,
以前的褲子都穿不下好心酸啊QAQ
我都快去買一個大水桶放浴室做水中走路了...要不是水桶會占位置.....
