髕骨外翻適合的重訓 - 健身

情況:
從3月開始重訓到7月中,然後膝蓋肌腱炎 (雙膝)
一開始走路就會痛,吃第三週消炎藥中,現在剩蹲會痛
建議:
醫生說因為雙膝都髕骨外翻,所以之後不要跑步了,有氧改騎腳踏車,飛輪
不過運動都要戴護膝
現在日常要戴3個月護膝讓髕骨習慣不要滑動太大,不然以後可能會有退化性關節炎
復健師說因為我是重訓+跑步才會那麼嚴重
然後醫生和復健師都說要練股四頭肌
重訓:
因為醫生沒有上健身房,有些器材我講了他也不知道~
想詢問大家下半身除了前踢後勾
等膝蓋好了下半的重訓還有哪些比較不傷膝的...我還有24堂的教練課
當初怕受傷買了8+10+36+23堂的教練課...結果還是出事好傷心 QQ
請問深蹲,腿推,拿女槓深蹲(不曉得那叫什麼)還能做嗎?
