跑跑步練心肺
徒手練練基本肌力就贏過至少70%的人了
但如果你想要增加競技運動表現
想要提高最大肌力
徒手跟街健很難...阻力太低了...
舉個例子 一個180/80的男生
深蹲110kg, 硬舉130kg 是競技的一個基本水準, 我真的想不出徒手或街健怎麼做到一樣
的訓練強度與最大肌力
這時就要健身房了
