一上來被噓就說
你們不提出解決方案整天只會噓
首先我先問你,飲食控制你看了多少的文?
你有算過你的TDEE是多少嗎?
你要吃多少的碳水、蛋白質、脂肪?
你算過了嗎?
請問你自己的功課做了嗎??
上來劈頭就要解決方案?
再來,兩個月八公斤難不難,不難
可是有幾個條件,
體脂高或你本來就超胖或是你有專家控制營養
又或是你運動強度超高
請問一下你具備哪幾項?
都沒有。那麼這對你不就是一件高難度的事?
你要怎麼達成?說只想看起來瘦就開心?
那你還是不用上來問
就一天只吃一餐,保證瘦,瘦慘
