髖夾擠能硬舉嗎? - 健身

最近深蹲及分腿蹲右側腹股溝都會有點緊緊痛痛的
推測可能是髖夾擠 所以暫停蹲的動作
但我又不想讓腿荒廢
目前硬舉時 髖是什麼不會有不舒服的感覺
但又怕這樣會加劇我髖關節的負擔
所以想問一下有沒有人知道硬舉對髖夾擠會有負面的影響嗎?謝謝~
