各位巨巨們好
小弟硬舉,尤其是寬腿硬舉做的不是很好,求版上巨巨指教 在此附上YouTube

小弟有發現到個人在做寬腿時,由於腳張太寬,導致起來時膝蓋跟腳尖並不是同一直線,
後來再站窄點(比力環窄)就比較能抓到要點。
還有我都會不由自主習慣性的靠腰力拉上來,但不知道如何改善這個壞習慣
