髖關節常發炎還適合做深蹲嗎? - 健身

因爲之前深蹲都會習慣性內八
教練都會叫我蹲的時候大腿要打開一點
不然膝蓋會爆掉
可能是因爲這樣導致下蹲時壓力都集中在髖部
結果變成髖關節+滑囊炎
聽醫生指示休息一個月後開始再做
但髖部又開始不適感了
覺得我可能不適合做深蹲
請問如果我改成槓前蹲有機會改善嗎?
還是有其它替代動作可取代?
求指導
