愛運動的各位朋友大家好
餓死抬頭
忘了今天早上是看到板上哪一篇的推文了
有出現這樣的說法
推文主旨大概是說
"以原po的狀況與其要求高強度運動,不如換成低強度長時間運動較好
畢竟不是朝運動員之類的職業發展,只是要瘦身讓體態變好,高強度運
動不但容易造成身體受傷,還會『讓身體老化』"
猛一看到這樣的推文,突然讓我想到以前國中時看到有關運動員的影片
大多數的運動員似乎都有早衰的現象,當然不是說體能早衰
而是光是看臉,就覺得
" 挖勒~年紀輕輕的臉就一副操老樣 "
國中體育老師有時也會補一句,運動員就是過度消耗體力之類的blabla
所以讓身體有早衰現象,而且運動分泌男性赫爾蒙過渡,讓女生胸部平平
比男生還像男生,各位女生要注意阿~
之後知道體育老師很多是虎爛的,不求甚解也是一回事~
大家說自己就跟著講了
會變成那副模樣都是某些運動員會吃禁藥導致的
但是問題還是沒有解決,吃禁藥會導致身體早衰、疾病
不代表說高強度運動不會造成身體某些傷害跟影響
我也沒有認識運動員朋友,無法做小時候跟長大後從事高強度運動的比較
所以想請問一下板上各位有運動相關專業的
是否從事高強度運動會讓人容易變操老臉呢
