因為3年前約80公斤時買的西裝現在穿不下
所以開始想減重跟增強體能
之前都是慢跑+快走
最近開始嘗試HIIT 約飯後1-1.5小時開始做
常常會做到膝蓋上面那塊(肌肉?)很痠
休息過後就沒事 隔天也不會感到痠痛
怕是剛開始做所以還沒造成運動傷害
之前好像有聽說鄭多燕、TABATA滿傷膝蓋的
以我的體重是不是不適合做HIIT?
還是有適合極度過胖的人使用的HIIT版本呢?
