我不知道要在這問還是去肌肉海灘= =
就是啊
有沒有可以在短時間內補充消耗龐大的熱量的食品啊?
我自己會吃的就只有snicker或香蕉
可是snicker不太健康
香蕉攜帶上又有點不便 一個不小心就..........噗滋了 XD
不知道有沒有人也是大量運動也需要及時補充大量卡路里的
有什麼可以吃的比較健康的食品(or營養補充品)

有的時候比賽三盤兩勝制
一打下去就是兩個小時多不停來回跑動
練習賽更誇張
五盤大戰 打了三個多小時沒休息
我曾經發生過血糖過低頭暈到站不穩的= =
就有種火燒的很旺的時候 丟多少柴下去都不夠的感覺XD
