高腳杯深蹲手有點撐不住求解 - 健身

大家好 由於最近不大能去健身房 所以我都在宿舍用組合式啞鈴練而已
我腿的部分有用高腳杯深蹲 還有分腿蹲這兩個動作來練
但是最近高腳杯深蹲大概到了30kg 我手有點撐不住

肩膀稍微有點酸 但是肩膀還扛的住 但是我發現這樣做我容易姿勢歪掉ˊˋ
想問問還有哪些替代方法讓我用啞鈴蹲呢
還是我就只能保加利亞分腿蹲了?
