1. 地點:高雄富士健康活力館(捷運文化中心站)
2. 時間:每週固定兩至三天(平日晚上或週六)
3. 運動內容:我是在富士附近上班的上班族,有鑑於上班坐的時間長
屁股日益趨大,腰酸背痛的症狀越來越明顯,加上體型偏瘦
因此決定加入富士健身,便宜且下班後直接可以過去
雖曾經有短暫練過兩個月,但停了將近一年整個完全又瘦回去
希望找個夥伴一起互相幫忙督促運動健身
最好對方一樣是男生能夠一起做重量訓練
