目標
1、正確負重深蹲
2、使用健身房大型器材正確姿勢
3、增肌減脂開菜單
4、想練勻稱結實的肌肉
但教練不知道如何挑
業務最後說都差不多
挑個順眼的就可以
所以
想請大家推薦
自由教練也可以
