請問在減重的同時需要吃魚比較好還是肉類呢??
最近突然好想吃牛肉
不過我平常都是吃魚而已
很少吃豬雞牛羊這類的肉
人一天需要肉跟魚都吃到嗎??
如果兩種都吃會不會太多?
順便問一下最近會那麼想吃牛
是因為身體缺鐵的原因嗎??
之前有聽說當你極度想吃甚麼東西時
是妳身體缺乏某種營養導致的
是真的嗎??
