麥當勞vs 其它食物 - 健身

首先,當然知道麥當勞是不健康的..只是偶爾吃(完全不吃薯條!)
有吃的話也是吃漢堡+生菜沙拉
我媽看到我吃麥當勞就會唉唉叫的念個沒完...
但是經我觀察我發現我媽跟很多人一樣,雖然不是吃麥當勞或其它炸的
可是卻常會吃很多"以為"沒那麼不健康的東西
舉例:我媽很愛買麵包當早餐(夜市的或者方師父之類的麵包)或者蛋餅之類
不然就是買一些罐頭類的東西..海底雞..茄汁鯖魚之類...
還有一些點心類的東西..如:肉干 蛋捲 紅豆餅 長條蛋糕 以及羹類勾芡的東西
晚餐雖然她都會煮,但料理方式也很不健康...常常看到魚或豬肉泡在醬油魯汁裡
不然就是買一些丸類東西...一週7天裡至少有4天的湯會出現丸類東西..
她有糖尿病,需要控制體重...又常常抱怨吃的"量"很少卻瘦不下來..
(正餐量是不多,但其它有的沒的總在無意識下這個一口那個一口的吃..)
我在觀察她的飲食後,怎覺得我偶爾吃的麥當勞似乎相較起來還比較健康?!
她覺得我很挑食,她買的煮的我都不吃...
沒錯!!以上那些東西我都不吃...因為不是太油就是都是加工食品啊= ="
我都自己另外用水煮或電鍋蒸的方式煮自己的份..
是不是每天吃那些看起來很"無害"的食物,(如:外面火鍋店強調養生鍋?!)
真的吃起來就會比偶爾吃的速食來得好?!?!
喔~我有跟我媽說過有關這些事...總會被認為是在嫌她煮的不好吃之類= ="
可是...真的很不健康啊...
補一下:我媽有糖尿病(60歲) 我爸有高血壓(62歲) 我哥也是肥胖高血壓165/85(35歲)
雖說本來就有家族遺傳基因,但我爸長期吃了2-30年的藥以及飲食控制(幾乎不太吃肉
都吃菜居多,就算吃炸的也會很龜毛的把皮剝乾淨 買蛋餅還要求店家只打蛋清= =
)算很穩定,身材以中年人來看算瘦...體脂也不高...
