小弟練重訓有兩個多月了,原本好像是48.8公斤吧~現在51.1公斤,很緩慢的增重中 身高170公分 體指7.8% 最近一只卡到51公斤很久了,之前練完重訓都只是正餐吃多一點+第4餐 (沒辦法吃不多,4餐極限了,胃很撐,現在我會盡量塞) 因為51公斤有快1個禮拜多了都沒重,所以練後在加一杯牛奶, 不過 ...
