從10月中以後開始減肥
過程中mc和以往一樣都很正常 也不太會痛
這個月mc結束後
想說利用黃金減肥期衝刺
一個禮拜有4~5天運動 一次40~60分鐘
吃的方面 熱量控制在1250~1350大卡(比之前嚴格一點)
此外我在早餐時段喝黃豆粉
但是一個禮拜內我只喝了3次 每次的量約1匙 (全家便利商店給的大湯匙)
會加阿華田、牛奶還有燕麥一起喝
沒有每天連續喝 都隔1.2天才喝一點黃豆粉
在mc期間我都沒有喝黃豆粉喔
結果1/3mc結束 1/11mc竟然又來了
最近壓力也沒特別大
難道真的是黃豆粉引起的嗎?? 還是有可能是其他因素造成??
有沒有版友有跟我一樣的情況發生嗎
我會再觀察一陣子 再看看要不要去看醫生
ps.我很少亂經 以前亂經是忙到炸掉才發生過
