真的有人有氧跟重訓分開做喔??? - 健身

個人覺得每天可以花1.5個小時去健身房已經很奢侈了
如果一小時做重訓
30分鐘有氧感覺就很ok
但是最近很多新的理論是說這樣好像前面做的重訓效果會被後面有氧給吃掉
做了等於白做
至少要間隔六小時才有辦法增肌
好我接受這種說法
但是對於天天都要重訓跟有氧的人
這樣一天至少要排兩個時間分別做兩種運動
如果不是專業運動員
幾乎擠不出時間吧
早上先去健身房做重訓一小時
然後下班再擠半小時去跑步嗎
這樣真的能持久嗎
光是每天下班去健身房報到都已經很不容易了
想問一下大家怎麼操作的
