請問skins女緊身褲A shape與H shape區分 - 健身

想從國外網站購買skins A400 女緊身褲短褲 (慢跑時穿)
依照身高體重已經選定尺寸
但卻還有個身型圖 分"A"shape 與 "H" shape

'A' shaped bodies have a small waist
in relation to the hip and thigh

'H' shaped bodies have little variation in

"A"身型是指相對屁股跟大腿 腰是比較細的？
"H"身型是指沒腰身的意思嗎？
覺得自己好像A跟H都有
所以不知如何選尺寸

腰圍：27.5吋
臀圍：37吋
大腿圍：22吋
本來想直接選"H" shape (Y購只看到"H"型的)
但y拍有買家身高162 體重60公斤 腰27吋 臀38吋 賣家建議穿"A" shape

想請問我該穿何種shape的緊身褲？
