跳繩約一個月
從一週三次增加到一週六或七次
每次約跳1300或1600下(目前1300可以在20分鐘內結束)
用的是迪卡儂的99元跳繩 但前天跳斷了
在想是否該買條好一點的
爬文看到分享鋼索跳繩甩到很痛
不知道是否有材質稍好但不像鋼索那麼可怕的?
(我的點好像有點奇怪XD)
adidas那類的競速跳繩適合嗎?
