三餐內容:
比較麻煩的是現在住在小套房,所以完全沒辦法開伙自己煮,都要外食
早餐:
麥味登健康好食嫩雞餐+乳清一杯

通常不吃,或是上方的早餐接近午餐的時間吃
午餐如果有吃的話可能會吃一個路易莎的佛卡夏烤腿排+蛋配一杯乳清

晚餐:
最常吃的是Subway,都是吃鮮嫩雞柳配全麥麵包+蛋+只加少許橄欖油,一杯無糖豆漿

牛排店或夜市牛排,不加醬只加些許鹽巴,
不要餐包、不要麵、換蛋或蔬菜、不喝湯、不喝飲料

火鍋店,白飯換雞蛋,會沾些許醬油、辣椒、蔥蒜、白醋,不會沾沙茶醬
火鍋料加工食品換蔬菜,都吃低脂牛肉為主,偶爾會吃魚類

這個菜單是3月的時候最新改的,重量有時會因當天狀況不同有所改變
我的問題:
第一次在這邊發文,有未提到的部分還請多多包涵
我26年來從不運動,以前也討厭運動,沒有運動習慣也不愛動
直到最近才愛上運動,給我帶來了很多好處,身體健康真的很值得
以前國中時曾有用過錯誤的節食方法減肥過(有成功瘦下,並維持了7.8年)
而且那時也完全沒有運動,當時最瘦曾有達到55公斤過(跟現在一樣的身高)
導致肌肉在那時一定掉超級多,所以現在肌肉量很少
我2013年交了女友後體重就開始穩定上升,
直到去年8月達到93公斤,體脂率達到45%,我決定要減肥,而且這次要健康的減
那運動就是不可少的,之後配合飲食每個月大概穩定減少4公斤
本來是想說慢慢減比較不會減到肌肉,在減脂時同時維持肌肉量,
但昨天量InBody後發現肌肉量突然掉很多

所以在想是不是減肥期時間太久了,或是身體反彈開始發出警訊叫我不要再減了
之後是不是要改走維持體重的方式去增肌,或是有其他方式?
之後的目標是想要讓自己看到腹肌,然後體脂率能到15%以下並且維持
能有個更好的體態,因為現在只是從胖子變回普通人,還有很多進步空間
所以想來請益之後的飲食+運動模式應該如何做調整?
真的很擔心肌肉又開始掉或是沒有進步,想在情況失控前趕快來詢問大家的建議
