嗯...版上其實有許多實用的資訊 好像也沒什麼好分享的
就簡單分享幾項我的心法好了
1.是怎樣胖的就怎樣瘦回去,每天吸收熱量大過消耗的,累積7700大卡就會增加一公斤。
所以想要瘦的話,就每天消耗熱量大過吸收的,累積7700大卡就會減少一公斤。
2.可以的話盡量吃清淡一點,調味料能不加就不加。不然至少少加一點。
3.如果習慣把飲料當水喝的話,盡量改為把水當飲料喝。
4.能動就多動,多走路或做家事等等就當運動。雖然有很多說法說要怎樣才算真正的運動
。但如果介意怎樣算運重的結果是"十分鐘的運動"覺得不會瘦不想做,"三十分鐘的運
動"想到就懶惰不想做,那...就在夢中在瘦好了...
5.千萬千萬不要急。胖不是一天造成的,瘦也不會是。只要確定往正確的方向前進了,時
間是你的好朋友。
