1200公尺練習疑問 - 健身

不確定應該發在EXAMINATION 還是FITNESS ,所以兩邊都有發一篇,如果發錯邊再跟我說

參照國考版友先前的建議,練了一陣子的體能。因為進步有感,所以這兩週也練得比較勤
,從原本的200公尺(國小操場)氣喘吁吁,到目前已經可以勉強撐完1600公尺(已改至
標準400m操場練習),雖然都是用龜速在跑,距離測驗標準還有一大段距離要努力
前兩天首次練習間歇跑,彎道處慢跑,直線處加速,不連續的練習了兩圈。
當天上午已有慢跑1600m,但跑完會乾嘔。晚上間歇跑前有熱身和慢跑800m,第一圈間歇
跑完因為腿超軟而且胃有明顯被擠壓的噁心感,所以走了一圈之後才再跑第二圈間歇,第
二圈最後的直線是以衝刺的方式完成,因為出彎道的時候就覺得快不行了,又不甘心停下
來。那天晚上雙腿異常的酸軟。
昨天和今天上午稍微走動,左側最後一根肋骨下方的肌肉(應該是肌肉吧?)會非常痛,
痛的範圍約三指幅寬,有點像是喝完水直接運動的痛,以前學生時代運動到一半偶爾也會
有那種痛。
連痛兩天了,不知道是怎麼一回事,沒痛這麼久過,此外這兩天雙腿的肌肉也明顯的緊繃
昨天上午還是有練習慢跑,第一圈用走的,側腹從非常痛到比較沒那麼痛(習慣痛感?)
就開始慢跑,但只跑三圈就終止練習了,而且比平常龜速還龜...
想請問,這樣的狀況是肌肉受傷嗎?還是體能提升的前兆?
現在不曉得應該怎麼練習了,
繼續慢跑?還是休息?
不練習又很擔心體能會退回原點...
不曉得各位前輩們有沒有什麼建議可以供我參考調整,煩請賜教,感謝感謝~
