三餐內容
早餐:大約都在8點快九點的時候吃
有去晨泳的話..火腿蛋嘉起司加番茄醬或玉米蛋餅加起司 無糖豆漿約400C.C.
午餐:大約在12點到1點半以前
正常吃(媽媽煮的泡麵或一個便當只吃菜和肉..飯幾口)
晚餐:大約都在5點半到6點半前吃...最晚也是7點前吃完
燙青菜一份(外面賣30塊那種)或5顆水餃後再喝約300C.C.的綠豆薏仁湯
其他:偶爾一天(幾乎都是下午)會喝一瓶美利果或果汁時刻,不然就是喝蔬果汁(市售500C.C.那種)
一個月大概1-2次的晚上聚餐
日常作息時間:早上5點快六點起床去游泳.快八點回來之後就上班(如果沒有游
泳就八點多起床)
下午睡一小時午覺後上班
晚上如果隔天有運動就12點以前睡,沒有就1點多
生活型態:一直走來走去的護士
運動習慣:一個禮拜運動(游泳)4次,每次游1小時(有1/3時間泡在水裡休息)+用蒸
氣烤箱半小時
我的問題:
1.已經從5月開始就開始少吃東西,尤其是晚上都盡量只喝流質,是因為喝調味乳
的關係嗎??體重一直持續在49.5-50公斤....
2.從七月份開始有運動(慢跑或晨泳)都有30分鐘以上,可是體重還是一樣..一點點
下降的跡象都沒有
3.肩膀到整個背都很緊..整個氣血的很不通...這會有影響嗎???
4.便便都是三天大一次..每天都已經有進水2500到3000的水了,就便便還是很硬...
5.我身體的肉就比一般女生還要結實一點....是沒有動一動晃很大力還要一下才停那種
最近這一兩天有跟以前比起來軟一點(朋友說的)這是好事嗎????
6.到底早晚餐餐要怎麼吃...營養的定義很難..我都有挑標示熱量低的去喝..但是朋友
還是說那很胖耶...熱量超高.......阿不是都標示了嗎..難道標示的是假的嗎???
