我現在bmi 24.3 體脂20 想降體脂為主減肥為輔
有去健身房的習慣 bmi從開始運動到現在降了約略3左右 體脂以前沒測過不知道
想問究竟是全部都做有氧還是有氧穿插重訓比較能降低體脂肪呢 或是哪一種更能讓身體
曲線更好呢
之前有一起運動的朋友說以我現在體脂肪做重訓也看不出來 專心有氧就好了 但也有
看過心得文是說要穿插
想問有沒有人能給個精確的建議呢
