BMI:27.3(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:26.2(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)

三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:1/3馬克杯的麥片+水煮蛋
午餐:公司自助餐
三份2/3拳頭青菜
當天肉類不一定(盡量避免炸的)1/2拳頭 1/2拳頭糙米飯
晚餐:家中桌菜
兩菜一肉一湯 菜會吃多點 份量大致如中午
其他:(可免填)
餓肚子時間會吃五顆左右堅果
個人粗算基代有吃夠
可是感覺偏油,好像會超標...
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
日常班8-18。6點起床,12點前睡覺
21-22點運動
生活型態:上班族
一天公司會走動大概一萬步
(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
健康狀況:皆否(是/否)
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?

運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
一三五會先胸或腹肌Tabata四分鐘兩組
然後騎飛輪40分鐘 心率160左右 30km/hr
二四會穿插胸或腹肌Tabata 三或四組
假日會有一天游泳 1k 大致40min
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
兩個禮拜前大概體重78左右,體脂是28.2,
不過很久才量一次。
感覺現在應該是算有降體脂吧?
不過感覺運動量好像不太夠
是否還需要增加有氧?
