不知道會不會違反版規4-3
想請教大家,在坊間常聽到減重時,熱量是可以用累積的,每少攝取7700大卡,會減掉一
公斤。反之,每多攝取7700大卡會增加一公斤。因此若每天在充足熱量的情況下多吃一個
菠蘿麵包(350大卡),一年會增加的體重為350(kCal)*365(天)/7700(kcal/kg)=16.6(kg)
第一個問題:
請問上述是否為真?
如果第一個問題答案為是。那麼在計算熱量時,我們都知道,一公克的油脂有九大卡的熱
量。對照網路上的油品營養表(節錄)如以下

這張表單位是每100公克的油品。可以看出,每100公克油品,熱量都在880大卡以上。(以
下以880計算)
第二個問題:
若食用了一公斤的油脂,共攝取880(kcal)*10=8800(kcal)>7700(kcal)=1(kg)
也就是吃下一公斤重的食物,卻會增加大於一公斤的體重。
感覺不太合理,想問我是哪裡沒想清楚,或是哪邊觀念錯誤了。
