三餐內容
早餐:
8:00
水煮蛋一顆(102大卡)
50g(100g/356K)麥片泡水一碗+一點肉鬆(約10g)
午餐:
12:00
75g義大利麵(100g/356K)+三份小拳頭大蔬菜水煮+兩大匙番茄調味醬(100g/40K)
18:00
白吐司一片(85K)抹半面果醬(一茶匙約40K)
小橘子與中等番茄各一顆
蒟蒻條30g(100g/320K)
晚餐:
20:00
優格一罐(90K)
200g的大型香蕉一條
其他:
一星期會跟朋友中午到學校餐廳聚餐二到三次.
因為價錢是固定的,不會因點菜分量改變.
通常會包括:濃湯一碗,餐包一個,肉一大瓢,馬鈴薯一大瓢,涼拌沙拉一小碗,切片蛋糕一份
有聚餐時,我早餐就只吃優格一罐與香蕉一條
午餐聚餐吃很撐後.晚飯完全不吃
日常作息時間:7:30起床,12:00就寢
生活型態:研究生
運動習慣:
一周5-6天跳有氧運動40分鐘

其中跟不上的地方就以單腳站立交互舉大腿代替
開始跳十分鐘後,就處於喘但可勉強說幾句話的程度
我的問題:
為什麼過了一個月我的體重還是沒變?
我從5/10開始上述的菜單與運動
但體重一直在50kg左右徘徊
可是根據薄荷網(http://www.boohee.com/)的計算機
我的基代約1200卡
每天的熱量消耗(基代+活動熱量 ex.走路,有氧,讀書,家務)約1750卡
然後三餐攝入熱量約1200~1500(有聚餐時)
理論上如此一天消耗500-250K,應該15天會瘦個一公斤
我的體重卻沒啥變化
精華區有說剛運動時,體重可能會不減反升
請問是因為這個原因嗎?
還是因為我的飲食熱量算錯?或是有氧的強度不夠呢?
現在人在英國念書,很多低熱量的好東西都買不到,例如蒟蒻,豆腐等等
而且跟那些外國人說我在減肥,他們都認為我太誇張了
可是東西方人的體型和輪廓不一樣.
我一胖,臉的五官就變得很浮腫,與外國朋友一起拍照時尤其明顯(淚)
覺得在這瘦身好不方便喔@@
