小弟正在練習1600跑走,今天下午實測給朋友帶跑花了9分鐘。
(但是考試測驗需要8分鐘內)
(某類科國考,測驗1600要8分;受訓時3000要15分)
前兩圈都維持1:30秒內,但第三圈後呼吸調節越來越不順暢。
口水濃度越來越高,呼吸不順會想嘔吐,似乎是呼吸問題導致缺氧?
想請問是否有比較好的呼吸方式?
補充:
1、小弟平常都有在健身房慢跑,但是相對速度就沒有那麼快,大概30分鐘4.2KM(真的是
慢慢跑)。
2、小時候有氣喘,長大還是時不時發作,希望能夠藉此改善。
3、身高169體重64。
希望有1600、3000跑走高手指點!
