重發一次
以前到現在都很愛看fitness板
潛水很久也來跟大家分享
直接下了一個比較聳動的標題
前後應該有五年的時間
減肥本來就是一個非常非常漫長的過程
慢慢來身體才不會抵抗

從小到大就是一個肉肉的女生
綽號不外乎就是控肉、胖虎妹妹等等
試過 過午不食、食物過水
但因為太愛吃飯所以從來沒瘦下來過
身高158,體重長年保持在50-60之間
超過60公斤以後我就拒絕量體重了
最喜歡吃的就是澱粉類、甜食
體育課能逃跑就逃跑的類型

到大學以後開始接觸健身
開始有營養素、算熱量的觀念
一週四練+每餐秤重紀錄熱量
剛開始蜜月期隨便練都看起來有感覺
手機充滿各種健身的紀錄照
沒有特別加重量加上開始工作
後來健身就偏向維持身材居多

不過偶爾隨著運動胃口大開
有時候甚至會比沒健身的時候身形肉
千萬不要仗著自己健身就吃很多~
除非真的很勤奮吃七動三是真理!

近期因為上班時間幾乎都168
簡單來說就是只吃午餐跟晚餐
食物種類不設限想吃什麼就吃什麼
也不特別做紀錄
健身大概一週一練而已
以有氧為主(羽球+跑步)
想跑半馬有空就會去河堤練跑
反而讓體重到一個人生低點
最後的最後,萬年不變的一句話
減肥就是少吃多動跟毅力
但不管有沒有瘦下來,健康第一
純記錄飲食跟健身細節沒有分享很多
