BMI:(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:30(自己在家用歐姆龍體脂計量)但去年體檢量出來是38不知道為什麼有這麼大差異
三餐內容:
早餐:不進食
午餐:公司叫的便當,會避免炸物
晚餐:自助餐(避免炸物 青菜多
其他:目前每天飲水3600cc已經一個月
日常作息時間:睡眠通常大部分都是10點睡5點就起來,但有時候會4點就起來,另外9點睡?
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:本身有甲狀腺亢進,服藥中
運動習慣:
我的問題:想請問一下目前我實施168斷食法已經半年多,目前可能一至兩個月會有一天吃早餐但基本上其他時間是維持12-20的進食時間雖然有時候會13或14進食但都會在20:00結束進食,想請問一下目前如果想透過外食改變飲食習慣和每天健身環20分鐘來減脂瘦身請問要怎麼做改變呢?
