各位板上的大大,小弟目前正在嘗試168的間歇性斷食,目前持續兩週,想請問一下執行斷食的話米飯是完全不能吃嗎?因為我執行到現在都還是會想吃米飯很難完全戒斷,想請問如果有吃米飯是不是會導致斷食沒有效果
