早餐:無
午餐:健康便當*2 +乳清

晚餐:路易莎烤腿排全麥三明治+乳清+蘋果/芭樂
日常作息時間:12點睡 8點起來
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
一週一次教練課
其餘時間一週至少三練
胸+三頭/腿+背/肩+二頭
動作都是教練安排的 重量都很低就不贅述
在運動前後會慢跑合計30分鐘左右
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
從9月初開始飲食自認嚴格在控制
每天都是吃這樣
含糖飲料 宵夜 油炸 吃到飽聚餐 通通沒有
10/6量完後開始上教練課+重訓
雖然知道欲速則不達
但減少的幅度實在不是很滿意
而且肌肉量也掉了
感覺我吃的不太夠?熱量還要再增加?
有推薦的飲食規劃嗎?
住小套房 自煮有電磁爐跟微波爐可以用
已知問題:
1.整體的碳水吃太多
已經習慣午餐吃比較多
以後便當應該會照吃 其中一個把飯換青菜
可能會改善一些?
2.重訓跟有氧分開做
之後會獨立安排有氧日
再找找哪個有氧器材比較適合我
